|PORTABLE CABIN| SIZE: 11 X 7 X 8.5 FT BASE FRAME: The base frame is made of pressed mild steel channel section of C channel for outer frame ISMC and for cross section Strong grid pattern of 2 x 2 is provided by C section to avoid deflection TOP FRAME & ROOF: The top frame is made using outer c channel, square pipe, angle, etc. Self-draining type of roof is provided by using plain GI sheets. Self-draining type roof have both side slope. SIDE AND END WALLS: The side and end frame is made out of pressed sections of suitable profiles of sufficient strength. Steel sheet is continuously welded at the top and bottom of the entire structure to offer better strength to weight ratio. All gaps are sealed at edges, seams, bottom etc. to prevent ingress of moisture. Exterior wall shall be made up of GI specially corrugated sheets, Interior wall is made from phenolic sheet. PAINTS: Inside of cabin 1 coat of red oxide and outer side 1 coat red oxide with 2 coats of Epoxy Paint INSULATION: 50 mm thick Rockwool insulation at side wall & in celling FLOORING SYSTEM: In flooring18 mm thick cement sheet covered with pvc vinyl carpet VENTILATION SYSTEM: 1 no. of aluminum sliding window with safety grill DOOR: The main insulated door is external opening type with weather shadow. ELECTRICALS: All electric wiring is concealed with LED lights, cabin fan, 1 bulkhead light out side of cabin.
