Structure grid is made of having 2 x 2 pattern provided by C section to avoid deflection. Top Frame & Roof: The top frame is made using outer c channel, square pipe, angle, etc. Self-draining type of roof is provided by using GI sheets. Self-draining type roof having both side slope. SIDE AND END WALLS: The side and end frame is made out of pressed sections of suitable profiles of sufficient strength. Steel sheet is continuously welded at the top and bottom of the entire structure to offer better strength to weight ratio. All gaps are sealed at edges, seams, bottom etc. to prevent ingress of moisture. Exterior wall is made up of nominal grooved GI sheet, Interior wall is made from Bakelite sheet which is 100% water proof. PAINTS: Inside of cabin 1 coat of red oxide and outer side 1 coat red oxide with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. INSULATION: 50 mm thick Rock wool insulation at side wall & celling FLOORING SYSTEM: In flooring 18 mm thick cement sheet covered with ceramic tiles with epoxy joints and skirting. VENTILATION SYSTEM: 3 nos. of aluminum powder coated sliding window with safety grill DOOR: 2 nos The main insulated door shall be external opening type with weather shadow.
